The Pierre Yovanovitch Group, which now has more than 100 employees, consists of several entities, including the Pierre Yovanovitch interior architecture and decoration agencies, as well as Pierre Yovanovitch Mobilier. In 2023, Pierre Yovanovitch Mobilier opened its first furniture and lighting galleries in Paris and New York. The Pierre Yovanovitch Group is looking for a Junior/Intermediate Architect . Missions Under the responsibility of a Project Manager, you will contribute to the development of interior architecture projects while respecting the artistic integrity of the agency and ensuring projects remain true to the craft and dedication apparent in all PY projects. Type of projects Private residences, hotels, public spaces, and restaurants in the US and abroad. Main missions Design and develop plans, sections, elevations, and details for architectural projects in Archicad, in both 2D and 3D. Contribute meaningfully to all construction phases, including Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Drawings, Shop Drawings, Construction Administration, and Punch Listing. Prepare technical and administrative documents. Produce sketches, perspectives, and renderings for internal studies and client meetings. Coordinate schedules, including doors, materials and finishes, plumbing, electrical, and related items. Communicate with project stakeholders outside the agency. Coordinate internally with decorators and other disciplines based in NewYork and Paris. Profile Professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution, ideally a Master's degree. Minimum 3 to 4 years of significant experience at renowned architectural firms. Strong proficiency in Archicad BIM. Legally authorized to work in the US. Skills Ability to take a task or study from initial discussion with a Project Manager through successful resolution. Excellent presentation skills, including a strong interest in hand drawing. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to think critically and analyze one's own work as well as the work of others. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong ability to manage priorities. Rigor, versatility, and responsiveness. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with a high level of motivation. Software Archicad knowledge is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, is required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Key Information Job Location: New York, 555 West 25th Street. Type of Contract: Full-time, five days in the office, with two work-from-home days per month. Start Date: Immediate.
