Carenest Health Services is seeking a local contract nurse RN Public Health for a local contract nursing job in Holliston, Massachusetts.

Position: Registered Nurse – Public Health Nursing
Location: Holliston, MA

Job Duties:

• Communicable disease control, including epidemiological investigations, surveillance, follow-ups, patient instruction, referrals, and required recordkeeping.
• Communicable disease investigations and follow-up through the Massachusetts DPH MAVEN system.
• Adult health services, including home visits, needs assessments, referrals, and visits to newly arrived immigrant families.
• Support for Town-sponsored flu clinics, including staffing support and coordination.
• Maternal/child health services, including mother-infant assessments and visits to high-risk parents and children.
• Additional training services may be requested, including CPR, first aid, and defibrillator training.

Hours/Work Schedule:
The Town may request services during regular daytime office hours, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays . The position is as-needed , and the RFP does not specify guaranteed weekly or monthly hours.

Full-Time or Part-Time:
The RFP does not specify a full-time or part-time schedule. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis based on the Town's requirements.

Required Experience:
The RFP does not specify a minimum number of years of experience. However, experience in public health nursing, communicable disease investigation/follow-up, community health, and home visits would be highly relevant. Experience with Massachusetts DPH MAVEN would also be preferred given the scope of work.

Required Licenses/Certifications:
