Holly Street Sales Co. is a national field marketing and sales agency with 16+ years of experience connecting nationally recognized brands with consumers face to face. We represent top-tier brands like Pella Windows and Doors at home shows, fairs, and festivals across the country.
The Role
We are looking for outgoing, self-motivated Brand Ambassadors to represent Pella at weekend events across the Triangle and Triad. You will engage directly with homeowners, find the ones thinking about new windows or doors, and book them a free in-home consultation on the spot.
Pella's in-home team handles the consultation and the sale. You make the connection and set the appointment, and you get paid for it.

This is a 100% commission role, paid monthly. There is no hourly wage and no base pay, and no cap on what you can earn. What you make is genuinely up to you.

We are the field sales partner for Pella Windows and Doors across North Carolina, staffing branded booths at home shows, fairs, and festivals throughout the Triangle and Triad. Our Brand Ambassadors talk to homeowners, find the ones considering new windows or doors, and book free in-home consultations. Pella's own in-home team takes it from there.
We believe in hands-on leadership, strong training, and creating real opportunity for motivated people. Our commission structure is uncapped, we train everyone from the ground up regardless of background, and we promote from within as our teams grow.
